Strengthen your recruitment strategy with the Opportunities New Zealand Expo

Why?

New Zealand’s most forward thinking employers know where to look when they can’t find the skilled people they need within New Zealand.

Even in today’s economy the best employers have huge difficulty attracting the best talent to meet critical needs. New Zealand cannot build the growing labour force it needs from within, especially as over 800 New Zealanders leave for Australia each week.

With global skills shortages and international competition increasing against a smaller pool of talent, more and more New Zealand companies are beginning to understand the need for international recruitment strategies.

Since 2002, the Opportunities New Zealand Expo has attracted some of New Zealand’s biggest employers to the UK and South Africa to meet skilled people committed to moving to New Zealand.

How?

The expo is the biggest event on the NZ/UK and NZ/South Africa recruitment calendars, and draws together New Zealand's most proactive and astute employers with thousands of skilled Brits and South Africans who want to make New Zealand home.

Fully supported by Immigration New Zealand, over 25,000 talented and experienced people visit the Opportunities New Zealand Expos each year to find the jobs that will give them a new life in New Zealand. Based on previous expos, 43% of visitors expect to move within six months of attending the event and 87% of visitors identify 'employment' as their primary reason for attending the expos.
